Research On The Application Of Teacher’s Teaching Ability Training And Evaluation System

In July2011, the ministry of education held a conference,"the Project of School Teaching Quality and Teaching Reform", focused on teachers’ teaching ability. In this conference, the ministry of education put forward high requirements and standards on how to strengthen the training of the teachers’teaching ability and promote young teachers to make designs for teaching systematically and skillfully.By using the computer technology, and according to the standards on teachers’teaching ability, this paper built an informationalized management platform, on which teachers can make designs for teaching and manage the teaching resources online, also can evaluate the designs. With the system approach, teachers can analyze the teaching problems, determine the teaching objectives, establish the strategies used to solve the teaching problems, and then try to solve the problems, valuate the teaching results and improve the curriculum design on the basis of systematic teaching thought. It also can be realized that train the teachers’teaching ability and promote the improvement of teachers’ teaching ability by the utilization of the informationalized teaching tool.This paper summarized the predecessors’ research results on teacher’s teaching ability evaluation and corresponding evaluation platform by collecting a large number of relevant document literature and making a questionnaire survey. This paper investigated the teachers’ teaching contents, methods, management and effects, and put much emphasis on the research,"the application of teachers’ ability training and evaluation system", based on the teaching design theory and the "administrators, teachers and students-centered" modern education thought, taking the Education College of Ning Xia University as the research object.And it is the purpose of this research that to improve the teachers’ ability on the application of the informationalized teaching tools, strengthen the training of the teachers’ teaching ability, and finally realize the improvement of teachers’ability on teaching design.The utilization of the teachers’ ability training and evaluation system which is operable, evaluative, timely and scientific, can not only provide managers with an informationalized management platform for education monitoring, but also provide teachers with the informationalized teaching tools based on the modern teaching concept to make network teaching design, teaching analysis, teaching evaluation and resource management. At the same time, it can also support students with the convenient online communication platform, which can assist them on the self-help learning. Furthermore, teachers can constantly optimize their teaching design on the platform, and then improve their teaching ability during the process of training step by step.By the research on the application of teachers’ ability training and evaluation system, this paper set up an informationalized management platform, three-dimensional integrated including teaching, studying and research. It also strengthened the communication among the managers, teachers and students, then it would be more convenient for managers to manage, teachers to teach and students to study. On this platform, everyone could share the high quality teaching resources, and then a set of structured, visual, specialized tool platform for teaching, studying and research to be a realization. Teachers’ ability training and evaluation system will largely promote the education reform and improve the education quality; in addition, it can provide a supporting platform for the high quality education, as the education software is playing a more and more important role in the teaching process nowadays.
