Teachers is a high risk of burnout. Teacher burnout has become an increasing focus ofattention of the international community.Jishou City Middle School sports teachers, the study subjects, the use of literature,psychological measurement, mathematical statistics, interviews Act and other researchmethods, comprehensive, in-depth of Jishou City Middle School sports teachers occupationalburnout situation, reflect Jishoumiddle school PE teachers exist degree of burnout, on thisbasisFurther explore Jishou City middle school PE teacher burnout, provide a scientific basisto improve the overall quality of the physical education teachers to inspire the enthusiasm ofthe teaching, and improve the quality of teaching, at the same time provide the necessaryreference for the management and construction of the middle school PE teachers in JishouCity.This study. Used in the first part of the survey questionnaire international the Markovscale revision of the most fair, the most widely used burnout measurement tools,(MaslachBurnout Inventory, referred MBI), more than70secondary schools of Jishou City Sports theteacher burnout test and for statistical analysis using SPSS. Results:(1) Jishou City middleschool PE teacher burnout has been widespread, the overall degree of burnout in the mediumto high level.2) On the whole, female physical education teachers burnoutTo be slightlyhigher than the male physical education teachers, and shows different characteristics.
