Teachers' job burnout is a phenomenon in the process of teaching, which is mainly manifested in low enthusiasm for work, lack of motivation, and often physical and mental exhaustion.Because of the particularity of the middle school teachers and the great pressure on students to enter school, the teachers who are engaged in the first-line teaching work are faced with great psychological pressure, and the job burnout situation is especially serious. It is of great significance to study the problem of teachers' job burnout, and then to explore the influencing factors of burnout, which is of great significance for improving the quality of teaching and the rate of students getting up to school.Based on the current situation in L city, this paper divides the influencing factors of teachers' job burnout into five kinds of influencing factors, through combing and analyzing the previous relevant literature research, and on the basis of the reality of L city.On this basis, the research model of the influencing factors of middle school teachers' job burnout is constructed.Through questionnaire survey and field interview, using correlation analysis and regression analysis method, based on five kinds of influencing factor variables, the three dimensions of job burnout, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low sense of self-accomplishment,were studied respectively, and the correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to study the three dimensions of job burnout. In order to explore the factors that have a significant impact on teachers' job burnout. The results show that the situation of middle school teachers' job burnout in L city has already existed, but from the data,it is still in the controllable range, and some of its three-dimensional indexes are close to or even exceed the critical value. In the dimension of emotional failure, social expectation factor, school management factor, workload factor, student factor and individual factor are the important factors that affect emotional failure, among which, social expectation factor, work load factor,Students' factors and personal factors were positively correlated with emotional failure, while school management factors were negatively correlated with emotional failure. In the dimension of depersonalization, social expectation factor, workload factor and school management factor are the influence factors. The important factors of individuation, among which, social expectation factor ispositively correlated with depersonalization, while school management factor and workload factor are negatively correlated with depersonalization; In the dimension of low self-accomplishment,social expectation factor, workload factor and personal factor are the important factors that affect low self-accomplishment.Among them, social expectation factor, workload factor and personal factor have positive correlation with low self-accomplishment.The three dimensions, the social expectation factor, the work load factor have significant influence on the middle school teachers' job burnout. The school management factor, the student factor and the individual factor have different performance on the three dimensions of the job burnout. Finally, according to the results of the empirical study, this paper puts forward concrete suggestions from the personal level, the school level and the social level,in order to promote teachers from their own efforts, schools and society to create a good working environment for teachers,In order to alleviate the phenomenon of teacher job burnout.
