Nowadays, more and more attention is paid to teacher training.Education is the foundation of a hundred years.Education plan,teacher-oriented.Since 2009 campus football as a breakthrough and key content of school work reform and innovation, large and small football events have been actively carried out in various places. The most outstanding problem is that the teaching ability level of rural primary school football teachers has been widely paid attention to,but the actual network study or textbook self-study can not fully meet the development needs of campus football professional level under the new situation,at the same time, the development speed of rural primary school football is the basis for the final progress of Chinese football. To this end,the Ministry of Education and the General Directorate of Sports And other relevant departments decided to continue the national training of football teachers from 2015 to 2020,so as to enhance the construction of football teachers, the training program was formally incorporated into the "national training program".The author found that there are many problems in the implementation of the training project, which are mainly reflected in the unreasonable selection system of the training teachers, the imperfect management of the training organization, the derailment of the connection between the training curriculum and the practice, and the lack of a substantive evaluation system. On this basis, the author carries on the optimization design to the original training plan, including the overall idea, the guiding ideology, the design principle and the improvement plan of the optimization design, and puts forward the improvement plan.Training evaluation will be conducted throughout the training process to evaluate and optimize the proposed optimization program.Through the research methods such as literature method, investigation method and case analysis method, the author takes the students, teaching experts and relevant leaders of the contractor to participate in the intensive training of football teachers in rural primary school in Hebei Province as the survey and interview subject, and makes a comprehensive analysis and research on the training program of the National Training Plan and puts forward a more rational optimization design plan.Through the analysis and description of the main links and requirements of the optimization of the training programme, the effectiveness of the National Training Plan is improved to provide a reference for such training in the future. The main problems with the survey are:(1)Lack of in-depth needs research prior to the design of the training programme.According to the survey data,47.92% of the participants thought that the training was very helpful for their teaching related football work in rural areas;it was more helpful for 52.08%;it was not helpful for 0%;for the setting of training content :67.85% of the participants' problems were solved,32.15% were not solved. It can be seen that the design content of the training program is basically inconsistent with the actual needs of the training teachers, and the effectiveness of the training is poor.(2)The training organization form is single, the curriculum content does not correspond with the actual situation of the trainees. It is difficult to achieve the teaching goal of the instructor, which leads to the lack of motivation. The survey found that 36 per cent of participants graduated from football,60 per cent from physical education and 4 per cent from non-physical education.According to another survey,40% of participants were fully able to participate,42% considered self-skilled The level is not enough, the relevant campus football professional theory courses can not be understood to account for 16%;some students participate in less than 18%;can not participate in 4%.(3)Lack of training management, lack of evaluation system and follow-up guidance.Students' participation and enthusiasm in learning are poor, what they have learned is only during the training period;the process assessment is basically not reflected, the participants' self-restraint ability is poor;the practical application tracking of the training effect after the students return to the local place is not in place, which slowly causes such training to become a mere formality.
