Training is the general term for training,education and development.On the one hand,the orientation of professional title drives teachers to participate in continuing education.On the other hand,the comprehensive implementation of the educational reform in Jin'an district also requires teachers to actively participate in training in various learning ways,update their knowledge and teaching skills,and achieve self-improvement and lifelong learning.This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,expounding the research background and significance of this paper.The second chapter is an overview of the theory of teacher training.Chapter three is the situation of the teachers in Jin'an district,analyzing the status quo of the teachers' titles,education,age and substitute teachers in Jin'an District with abundant data;Chapter four analyzes the current situation of the teacher training system in Jin'an district from various aspects.Chapter five elaborates the optimization strategy of the teacher training system in Jin'an district,optimize training plan and training effect evaluation on the basis of analyzing training mode and training demand;Chapter six summarizes and puts forward the research conclusions of this paper.At present,there are two focuses in the teacher training by the education bureau and the teacher training school of Jin'an district.On the one hand,teachers' learning are organized by adopting centralized training and other forms;on the other hand,school-based training is strengthened by combining teaching practice and educational reform,such as case teaching,demonstration class observation,class evaluation,reflection and practice.Teacher training is not an immediate job,but a continuous process with the educational reform.It is hoped that this paper can be used for reference in teacher training.
