Discussion on problem in geography teaching, need to guide students around the problem, a comprehensive analysis of the elements of geography education in our country, ignores the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability in geography. The existence of "geography eight stock" phenomenon in geography teaching, specific performance:the teacher inductive mode, the student is a simple training, less reason analysis; students too much exercise, ignore the learning methods and geographic analysis problems. So the teaching method, the comprehensive ability of geography is not good culture. Therefore, to strengthen the research on the geography teaching content, teaching, changing the teaching strategy, the cultivation of comprehensive ability in geography students is very necessary.Ideas and methods of this study are:This study mainly based on historical materialism dialectics, theory of cognitive development, reform curriculum principle, educational psychology (theory, Amusable Gestalt school education theory), and system theory as the theoretical foundation. Through the investigation and study, literature, questionnaire survey, combines a variety of interviews. Based on consulting a large number of related literatures, the edition required3"regional geography" teaching content as the carrier, the cultivation of comprehensive ability of geography of senior students in high school. Using the questionnaire survey research thoroughly, and the obtained data were scientific and strict collation, analysis, to understand the current teaching on the teaching contents of the comprehensive ability in geography of high school students culture carrier. Through the analysis and Study on the teaching content and the data from questionnaire, teaching strategy to induction of geography case teaching, comprehensive development problems and form, the cultivation of comprehensive ability in geography students as a carrier.The study shows:in the "on case teaching, geography3" in teaching materials and activities as the carrier, through the design of the implementation of the principle of teaching contents, methods and strategies, to develop students’ ability of comprehensive geography is very effective.
