Reward is a educational means used by kindergarten teachers in the kindergarten day of life,which can be used to stimulate children to grow,and it is a way to strengthen the good behavior of young children.This way can increase the probability of behavior,so that children get a positive emotional experience.At the same time,you can also set up a model for other children to correct bad behavior,making children live up to teachers' expectation.With the development of the times,people began to pay attention to the comprehensive development of young children,especially through positive education to promote children to the good direction of development.The appreciative education in kindergarten has become popular,but it also requires teachers to learn in the kindergarten to appreciate the performance of each child and to give more recognition and praise to the children who behave well,which contributes to children's growth with optimism and positiveness and gives full play to the positive function of reward.In this study,the middle classes of three kindergartens in Kunming were selected as the research object,and the present situation of the use of reward in the daily life of kindergarten teachers was analyzed by literature analysis,observation,interview,questionnaires and case analysis This paper summarizes some experiences,problems and causes of the teachers in applying the reward,and puts forward some strategies for the teachers to apply the incentive strategies in the concrete practice.The main contents of the paper are as follows:The first chapter,Introduction.This paper introduces the reason of the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the study,the literature review,the concept definition and the research design.The second chapter,teachers use the incentive strategy of the basic situation of the survey results.The results of the survey on the current situation of the use of incentive strategies in three kindergartens in Kunming are described and analyzed from the five aspects of teachers' understanding,timing,form,content and standards.The third chapter,teachers use the incentive strategy of experience and problem analysis.According to the results of the reward event,combined with the collected data analysis,the author sums up some experiences and problems of teachers in using the reward strategy.The fourth chapter,Suggestions and Reflections.Combined with the theory of reward strategy and the application of incentive strategies in middle school teachers,the author puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of reward strategy and the shortcomings of this paper.
