With the gradual deepening of reform and opening-up advance, quality educationhas been the broad masses of the people concerned, and the national music education asan important part of quality education, its development has not been paid enoughattention. National music education can serve as a kind of deep feelings for themotherland sustenance, symbols can also be a great national cohesion and centripetalforce. Because of a strong national cohesion, it makes the Chinese nation withstoodcountless difficulties and trials, stubbornly maintain unity and vitality.As the future and hope of the country, the national music education in primary andmiddle school students, can not only cultivate their sense of national pride, enhancetheir sense of national pride, can also make them more understanding of theirmotherland. Therefore, the national music learning, can be used as the effective way ofpatriotism education for primary and middle school students.However, due to the education situation in various regions of the country each arenot identical, and the development of national music education are uneven, the nationalmusic education is especially important in Qigihar because of its more minoritypopulation.Through the investigation and comprehensive research into elementary and MiddleSchools Music Education in Qigihar City, the writer finds the existing problems in thenational music education in primary and middle schools, and puts forward some feasiblemeasures to solve these problems. The schools that has been visited are divided into twoaspects of primary school and middle school,, through a questionnaire survey and fieldinvestigation, the representative problems of master school national music educationteaching are grasped. through the analysis of survey data, explore the causes of theproblems, and put forward the pertinent views and suggestions. This effective way hasimportant practical significance to the understanding of Qigihar national musiceducation level.First, this paper extensively collects literatures on the status of the national musiceducation, organizes and analyzes the collected literatures, and lists the typical problemsof national music education in other regions, then problems these problems in the questionnaire, in order to understand whether there is the same problem in Qigihar’snational music education; then study the stage of compulsory education in China of themusic curriculum standards and the attention to the situation of national musiceducation. According to the textbook in compulsory education stage musical content,analysis of1-grade918copies of music teaching, how much is the Chinese nationalmusic in the teaching material proportion, requirements of the national music educationand music education, and the systematic analysis of Chinese national music cultureinheritance value and significance, in the understanding of the music course standarddirection, to understand the importance of Chinese national music in middle andprimary schools in Qigihar City, revise and improve the contents of the questionnairefurther; then in accordance with the middle school and primary school in two directionsare random survey; in the questionnaire, according to the survey data, this paperdetermined the research emphases. The emphasis, summarized and analyzed therelevant research literature both at home and abroad, in order to understand the mainideas that related research papers and its shortcomings, and combining the currentsituation of national music education in Qigihar City, put forward this point of view.
