China folk music is the precious wealth of the Chinese culture,the national music education for plays a very important role in cultivating students' emotion,folk music and national music culture quality,moral quality,however,with the reform and opening up gradually,all kinds of exotic culture swarmed into western music,popular music has become mainstream.This has led to the lack of attention in the music education of primary and secondary schools.In this context,it is of great significance to study the popularity of national music in primary andsecondary schools.The popularity of education and the present situation of folk music in primary and secondary schools is the focus of this study,combined with the relevant national music education theory,starting from the effect of music on people,on the basis of investigation and analysis of Zheng Dong New District three schools of national music education present situation,points out the existing problems,and puts forward the solution the corresponding countermeasures.Through the study of this paper,some valuable suggestions are put forward to promote ethnic music education in primary and secondary schools.
