Study On The Effect Of City Community Service

After reform and opening up, especially in recent years, both the social status or citypopulation are happened to turn the world upside down change. Urban residents demandpresents the type of complex, new function at multiple levels of community service.Community service is the social public service based on community masses. Alongwith the dramatic development of urbanization in our country, the public communityservice, as the platform of social works, has been drawing more and more focus with thedays passing on. Foreign experience and the practice community service development inour country have been clearly stated that social works play the important role in urbancommunity service, and the issue of social works involved into urban community servicewill play more and more important part in the construction of our harmonious society.However, because of various reasons, China has not given full recognition of social work,so the participation is not high, so make the social work in the city community services tothe public in a series of problems,such as the poor profession, poor service,administrative intervention and etc. How to move on has become the top urgent issue ofsocial works in the urban service.The main object of this research paper is primarily focused on seven communityservice experimental units which are affiliated with Dabei Street Office of Shenyang.This article is written from the perspective of concept and systematic theroy of socialworks. It penetrates into the current situation of community service through thequestionnaire and interviews of folks. It analyzes the problems of social works involvedinto urban community service, and raises the suggestions to solve the problem from theperspective of social works. To provide some valuable experience for communityservices, social workers, more widely prominent social workers for other servicefunctions, so that residents of the community to the social work in-depth understandingand trust.
