In this education reform. A large amount of different Approaches and methods inChinese teaching have formed. Chinese Guidance Teaching method is one of the influential method inChinese. The core of this teaching method is guide which means enlightenment and guidance step by step.Qian Menglong and Cai Chengqing are all influential teachers who adopt Guidance teaching method. Thispaper attempt to compare the same and the different of two teachers. By this compare, we try to researchthe method of chinese teaching. the character of Qian Menglong and Cai Chengqing. By this research, aconclusion was arrived. There are a large amount of Chinese teaching method, we should choice propermethod according to different type o Eventually,the result of researching will guild the practice of Chineseteaching, and this is just the research object of this paper. There are three method of research in this paper,first, research the Chinese teaching method entirely. Second, research the Chinese teaching method fromentirely to part.
