Psychol-moral education is an active form of education,which is as the core of people’sdevelopment,as the basis of optimizing the individual psychological function,for the purpose of the moralgrowth of individual,using of appropriate education and guidance measures to promote the development ofindividual comprehensive quality.Any education must be carried out in a certain space,so does thePsychol-moral.They’re urgent issues that whether Psychol-moral education needs an environment,the effectof education environment on the individual psychological and moral growth;what kind of environmentshould Psychol-moral education need and how to provide such an environment.The school as practice fieldof psychol-moral education,it takes responsibility to provide field for the Psychol-moral education.Thelogic compatibility between Psychol-moral education and environment construction of school is thecommon background of times,the common education pursuit and common educationobjectives.Psychol-moral education emphasizes the necessity of the school field construction is based onthe spirit of the times,based on the psychological needs of students and based on the needs of thedevelopment of school culture.The school provides psychol-moral education not only a physical space,butalso a cultural atmosphere.Psychol-moral education are inseparable from the support of school culturewhich is mainly composed of school material culture,school spiritual culture and school institutionalculture,which provides the premise for optimization of individual psychological function,providesconditions for students’ individual moral growth,provide fertile soil for the development of comprehensivequality for individual.School material culture provides the moral quality and psychological function ashaping space,which is the greenhouse of the individual overall quality growth.It should reflect beauty inindividual growth, in ecological environment and humanism when material culture constructed.The schoolspirit culture possess development value, scientific value, cultural value and aesthetic value.Create a schoolculture need to return to spiritual life, pay attention to culture and highlight humanistic care. The two-waychoice of school system culture helps the individual to realize the main status.The positive school systemculture promotes individuals actively spiritual growth.The ecological school system culture activatesindividual life.In the construction of school system culture, it should follow the principles of studentsparticipation, individual development and attention on life.School culture has colorful form, such as thehonor system, school festival culture, school ceremony activity,which can help consummate school cultureand provide a cultural shape for Psychol-moral education.The school honor system can help to guide theindividual value growth, set an example demonstration, and promote spiritual growth; school festivalculture can help to improve the individual cultural cognition, develop positive emotions, improve thecomprehensive quality; the school ceremony activity to regulate the standard of value, enhance teamawareness, cultivate personal sentiment.
