In March2009, the Ministry of Education decided to increase the scale of the Full-time Professional Degree graduate enrollment and mainly used to recruit fresh graduates, which opened the curtain of our Full-time Professional Degree Education. The mature professional degree education mode is rather applicable for the Part-time Professional Degree Education than the Full-time Professional Degree Education. It is very necessary to research the training problem from the characteristics of the Full-time Professional Degree Education.Based on the reality of the Full-time Professional Degree Education, the paper takes the characteristics of education and the constructions of mode as the core, and establishes "Four-helical" cultivating mode and multiple security mechanisms. The paper is composed of seven parts.In the first part, the author expounds the research background, the purpose, the significance of the study and points out the research ideas, research content and research methods.In the second part, the paper discusses the core concepts and the characteristics of education, and then analysis the Triple Helix.In the third part, the paper expounds the full-time professional degree education status.In the fourth part, through using the method of comparative analysis, the paper expounds the features of present situation of professional degree education and the experience of professional degree education in different region.In the fifth part, based on the training unit (T), government (G), industry (I) and social rating agencies (S), the paper establishes the "Four-helical" cultivating mode, analyzes the optimization function, and puts forward the TGIS collaborative operation mode.In the sixth part, based on the dynamic characteristics and essential connotation of "Four-helical" cultivating mode, the paper puts forward the implementation of safeguards which is composed with dynamic mechanism, operation mechanism and incentive mechanisms. In the seventh part, the author points out the research findings, policy recommendations and the further work.The paper has made some innovation researches in the following two aspects. Firstly, the research orientation is relatively novel. The quality idea run through the paper, based on the dynamic characteristics puts forward the "Four-helical" cultivating mode, devoted to construct a better training mode to optimize the culture system. Secondly, the research content has some breakthrough. Based on the Triple Helix theory, the paper takes the social assessment agencies into the training subject and establishes the "Four-helical" cultivating mode and takes the essential connotation, optimization function, operation mode as the main research content and then puts forward the implementation of safeguards.The Full-time Professional Degree Education is still in the initial stage, training mode is still in the exploratory stage, the "Four-helical" cultivating mode is hoped to give reference to the future work of the Full-time Professional Degree Education.
