There are academic degree’s and professional degree’s postgraduate cultivating model about sports discipline in our country. Two kinds of cultivating model supply large quantities of research talents and practical talents to promote modernization construction, and provide a solid reserve forces to promote economic and social development. But the academic degree’s and professional degree’s postgraduate education of sports discipline is not synchronous. The academic degree’s postgraduate education of sports discipline has a long history, and cultivating model entering the mature phase. The professional degree’s postgraduate education of sports discipline is later, which starts up in2005(part-time). Full-time sports professional degree’s postgraduate education establishes until2009, postgraduate cultivating model is still in the preliminary stages, and exists some problems to be solved quickly. The research is of significance to improve postgraduates’the management system and the quality of the full-time sports professional degree.The sports professional degree consist of four research fields, which is physical education teaching, sports training, organization and management of sports competition and social sports guidance. As the time and energy is limited, this study only focuses on full-time sports professional degree of physical education teaching. This essay is based on predecessors’researches, uses the method of the survey procedure and comparing test to analyse the training scheme of16colleges’full-time sports professional degree, which consists of train objective, training period, curriculum, the degree thesis and the degree granting four parts, and draws the following conclusions:Firstly, generally speaking, Since2009the education of full-time sports professional degree rapid development, and gradually moving towards the right track.Secondly, according to the file of the academic degree office [2009]23on instructive cultivating scheme of full-time sports professional degree, colleges formulate the postgraduates’cultivating model of full-time sports professional degree, but basically have little difference, do not reflect the characteristics of running collegesThirdly, colleges’training goals are not specific positioning of different areas of research, and highlighting the training features.Fourthly, colleges do not consider the postgraduate students’ background to set training period of full-time sports professional degree.Fifthly, the curriculum of full-time sports professional degree is unreasonable, mainly as follows:the public courses do not fit to training objectives; there are too many sports humanities and social sciences courses in colleges professional courses, so they can’t emphasize the professional master of practical features; the content and form of teaching practice courses have not been clearly spelled out.Sixth, in actual operation, the full-time sports professional degree’s essays are not targeted and practical enough.
