In a knowledge-based economy,the society put forward a higher demand for high-level personnel of the quantity and quality.The current personnel structure is not rest content with economic development,postgraduate not only need to learn theoretical knowledge ,but also have to learn more practical knowledge,postgraduate education should accept the responsibility for training versatile and practical management talents.Since the full-time professional degree graduate education carried out in 2009, through two years of exploration and development,it has obtained some achievements on educating postgraduates.Meanwhile, it lacks a suit of sueeessful theory system,for example,it is lack of constructions in training methods,course offering and teaching staff.Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of full-time professional degree in graduate education, I would like to take a clue of core elements and borrow ideas from developed countries to propose a mode of full-time degree education, and hope to do some efforts to promote the Full-time degree education healthy development.The frame of this thesis is as following:Chapter One Introduction,explains the background,the signifieance of topies,summarizes the situation on the proposed idea of this research and research methods.Chapter Two mainly researches on concept of Full-time professional degree and its related concepts.By defining the concepts such as graduate training mode, analyzes the connotation and the relationships between elements, provides "theoretical foundation" and "framework" for this study.Chapter Three analyzese the reform background of this policy and orientation of value about Full-time professional degree of graduate education.Chapter Four is the investigation and analysis of the current Full-time professional degree graduate education situation.Chapter Five of the United States and Japan masters degree in the graduate edueation , their implieations provides some references for our full-time graduate professional degree training mode.Chapter Six propose the strategy of building our full-time graduate professional degree training mode.
