China's socialist modernization construction is in the rising phase of vigorous development, community has increasing demand for applied postgraduate professionals. Society demands professionals with high productivity, emphasizing their abilities of specialized quality and creativity. Full-time Professional Degree's education comes into being. According to the plan, by 2015, academic degree and professional degree students will reach 1:1 ratio. In recent years, with the expansion of graduate schools and the increasing level, full-time Professional Degree's education also has produced a number of new problems.In this paper, the starting point for research is postgraduate training mode. To build full-time Professional Degree training model are clues throughout the paper. Training mode is necessary to consider not only the needs of state and society's economic and cultural development, but also the individual needs of learners. Starting from the training mode, based on the discussion of full-time Professional Degree's education and the analysis of its problems, from the perspectives of the history and reality, we have summarized its development process, the main causes and a series of problems. With the comparative study of foreign situations, we propose to construct the full-time Professional Degree training model. It stresses the need to clear its training objectives, emphasis to combine theoretical courses with applied courses, establish a sound system of internal and external instructors, implementation of flexible and diverse education system, hours, paper arrangement.Effective full-time Professional Degree training model is based on the essence of educational development about people-oriented, guide the talents'future training direction, enabling students to enrich their professional experience, improve professional skills.
