Marketing is introduced from abroad in recent20years. The current domestic enterprise marketing is still in primary stage. In most enterprise, marketing personnel education level is low, and many of them come from other industry development. Even some senior marketing managers work completely on their own understanding and the understanding of the industry development on sales. They haven’t received advanced marketing concept education. Their knowledge of marketing couldn’t reach a system. This situation has been difficult to adapt to the demand of the market. Therefore, the enterprise need the talents who master system knowledge and skills, especially senior talents of market planning. In "About the opinionto strengthen and improve enterprise management personnel education training work ", China’s Organization Department puts forward:Under the new economic situation, our country is lack of the senior management talents who know both of technology and management, and familiar with the domestic market and international market. Marketing director, marketing manager and other senior marketing managers has been included in the national talented person management system.But for a long time, talents cultivation of China’s higher education colleges is priority to "Discipline" type education, including colleges and universities of higher vocational education who also adopted the education mode. It is a serious derailment with the market demand and unable to meet the needs of the marketing talents for enterprise.For decades, Though some higher vocational colleges create the talents modecontinuously, such as, joint enterprise also has obtained certain achievement. there is no a unified training target. It still can’t meet the demand of the market.Based on FZ vocational college as an example, this paper analyses and researches advanced training mode of marketing professional talents at home and abroad, combining with exploration of college in personnel training mode and innovation training mode. We do the full investigation and study on the current demand situation of marketing professionals in Beijing area and put forward the training goal ofmarketing professional talent. Finally, we did a series of teaching reform to realize training target. As a result, the FZ colleges can cultivate real marketing talents for the market. Reform and development of higher vocational education training model will be moreclear idea of active service will significantly enhance the ability of the local economic and social development. FZ Vocational College After several years of exploration, the strong support of the national and local governments, the idea of the personnel training mode reform and development is increasingly clear. Adhere to the "service for the purpose of employment-oriented vocational education school policy, and actively promote vocational education plan to train to the market-driven change.
