With the development of New Curriculum Reform, China’s classroom teaching is undergoing rapid changes. The innovation of teaching methods and means and the continued research and development of instructional media provide the hardware and software security for the changes in classroom. As an important part of classroom teaching, teaching objectives directly affect the quality of teaching effectiveness. Because teaching objectives are the important basis for teachers to choose teaching content and organize teaching, teachers’accurate understanding of the meaning and characteristics of them is a vital prerequisite to properly design and state teaching objectives. The teaching objectives, which are clear, accurate and meet the learning situation, will laid a firm foundation for the achievement of teaching objectives and teaching effectiveness. Through a process-dimensional perspective, we make classroom observation and after-school interview study on teachers’behavior of the implementation of teaching objectives by four dimensions including objective design, objective practice, objective evaluation and objective improvement.
