Teaching objectives are the starting point and end-result of teaching activities, which play the outlining and confusing role in the teaching process of such as teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching media, teaching ways and teaching evaluation’s design and selection. Teaching objectives can be divided into three levels which are curriculum teaching objectives, unit teaching targets and classroom teaching objectives. This paper’s research object is the present situation and existing problems of the high school geography classroom teaching objectives, and this paper’s research methods mainly include literature review, questionnaire survey methods, expert interview, case analysis and the Delphi method and so on. The basic framework of this paper can be divided into four parts as follows:First of all, the paper analyzes the current situation of high school geography classroom teaching objectives design, sums up the problems existing in the high school geography classroom teaching objectives design and analyses the corresponding reasons; Secondly, the paper puts forward the corresponding resolution strategies and makes the scales of evaluation related to geography classroom teaching objectives design; What’s more, the theory with practice, which analyses and evaluates a lesson’s teaching objectives design through the resolution strategies and the scales of evaluation; Finally, the paper sums up the science of teaching objectives design specification is the basic process of "from analyses to design to evaluate to redesign to carry out to evaluate to redesign." The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of geography classroom teaching and to promote the students’ all-round development and the teachers’ professional development through the high school geography teaching objectives of design and implementation of the scientific and standardized research, so as to provide certain theoretical foundations and practical guidances to be better adapt to and promote the high school geography curriculum reform.This paper is divided into six parts altogether:The first part is the preface:on the one hand, it introduces the research background, research significance, it also determines the starting point of the research through analysises and combs the research status quo of overseas and domestic; On the other hand, it also expounds five aspects of this paper’s research plan, such as the research objectives, research contents, research methods, technical routes, research characteristics and innovations.The second part is the theory preparation:first, it defines the meaning of "geography teaching objectives" and "geography teaching goal design objectives"; Secondly, the theoretical foundation of the analysis of the geographical teaching objectives design mainly includes geographical science theories basis, geography teaching theories basis, system science theories basis and learning theory basis and so on; Finally, this paper expounds the geography classroom teaching objectives design to follow the basic principles which include systemic principle, student-oriented principle, operational principle, appropriate principle and generative principle. Through the elaboration and analysis of the geography teaching objectives related to the concepts, theories and principles can provide this research with important theoretical knowledge to offer a theoretical basis of high school geography classroom teaching objectives design and implementation.The third part is the situation analysis:through the interview methods, such as questionnaire survey methods, case analysis and the Delphi method and a series of research methods, this paper analyzes the current situation of high school geography classroom teaching objectives design, summarizes the specific problems of the high school geography classroom teaching objectives design and analyses the corresponding reasons and provides the reality basis for put forward the corresponding solution strategies.The fourth part is the strategies exploration:based on the problems existing in the high school geography teachers’geography teaching objectives design, this part puts forward the corresponding resolution strategies and also makes the scales of evaluation related to geography classroom teaching objectives design, which as the high school geography classroom teaching objectives design and implementation strategy basis and evaluation standard are put forward.The fifth part is the practice test:in high school geography classroom teaching objectives design, implementation and evaluation. First of all, the author designs classroom teaching objectives and teaching process of a lesson of "the earth in the universe". Secondly, he also puts the teaching design into the classroom teaching practice; Finally, based on this paper research which has been put forward improvement strategies and the scales of evaluation related to geography classroom teaching objectives design, the author evaluates the teaching objectives design and redesign, this paper provides more specific guidances and inspirations a line of high school geography teachers with the standardization of the geography classroom teaching objectives design and implementation.The sixth part is conclusion outlook:first of all, it summarizes the basic research conclusions in this paper; Secondly, the paper puts forward problems still exist in the research; Finally, the author also puts forward thinking and prospect of this project research in the future.
