The past two decades, China ’s education level of information has been rapid development.Reformand the role of information technology in education is increasingly recognized by academics, pre-schoolinformation technology more and more to receive widespread attention.How to construction pre-schooleducation informatization, many scholars have made a positive and meaningful to explore and try to putforward a number of reform measures.However, the current domestic situation of the implementation ofinformation technology in pre-school education, a general lack of assessment links or evaluation of theeffect did not reach the ideal state.In such cases, to construct a set of pre-school scientific and reasonableevaluation index system, a good guide to promote the benign development of pre-school information.The study will be divided into two parts: the first part is the pre-school education informatizationevaluation index system establishment.The comparative analysis of domestic and foreign educationinformatization evaluation index system, establish three evaluation dimensions based on the hardware,software, people, pieces.The hardware side refers to the pre-school education in the informationtechnology infrastructure; software pre-school information technology resources, and informationtechnology in the pre-school teaching; piece is kindergarten qualified personnel.Then is specificallyaddressed the meaning contained in three dimensions, as well as the relationship between them.Next willbe the beginning of the use of consulting experts of various evaluation intends to be corrected, after severalexperts in the questionnaires and interviews continue to be modified for all levels of indicators, eachevaluation objective and scientific judgment, and ultimately improve the pre-school educationinformatization evaluation index system.Established pre-school evaluation mainly includes the fourdimensions of evaluation: information technology infrastructure, the construction of informationresources, information technology applications, personnel building.The second part is the establishment of pre-school education informatization evaluation indexweight.Prepared in the established weight preschool education informatization evaluation index systemlevel indicators relative importance of judgment " survey, questionnaires were given to the experts in the E-mail form, and then according to the expert scoring, and sort the results established levels indicatorsweight to be allocated, and the levels of indicators score.Evaluation index system, the evaluation criteriadescribe and index weights determined, and ultimately build a complete pre-school educationinformatization evaluation index system.The purpose of this study is to build a good pre-school education informatization evaluation indexsystem, each kindergarten to conduct applied research, and enhance the operability of the evaluationsystem.Can also be based on the analysis of the results of the evaluation, the evaluation object can beclearly the achievements and the problems in the pre-school construction, information construction in thefuture, which can target areas of weakness and to strengthen the construction, in order to enhance thekindergarten overall education level of information.
