Curriculum implementation is a key link in the curriculum reform. Profound understanding and comprehensive grasp of mathematics "Comprehensive and Practice" in the field of curriculum implementation, it is very important for the reform of mathematics curriculum and teaching reform. The author is based on the analysis of characteristics of the "compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard (2011version)" requirements and specific goals, and the "Comprehensive and Practice" courses taught by mathematics teachers in a primary school of Changchun City two in-depth analysis. The two teachers teaching plan, classroom observation and interview data obtained were analyzed, and adopt the way of classroom observation scale, to explore the main factors influencing mathematics "Comprehensive and Practice" curriculum implementation, further put forward to promote the effective implementation of the strategy for improvement.Through the case study found that primary school mathematics "Comprehensive and Practice" curriculum implementation has the following problems:first, teaching and evaluation of proposed are abstraction, and lack specific case analysis; second, the curriculum based on the teaching material design, not according to "compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard (2011version)" design; third, three problems in the implementation of classroom teaching including the teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation. Existing in the teaching content of the problem is that the teachers directly give the research problem. Existing in the teaching method of the problem is that the teachers are not good at organizing effective reporting; the teachers are not good at grasping the key links and the teachers are not good at summing up and refining; teachers’ language described inaccurate. Existing in the teaching evaluation of the problem is that the evaluation of teachers’quality is low.On the basis of the above analysis to explore the main factors affecting the implementation of mathematics "Comprehensive and Practice" courses include the following four aspects:the examination and evaluation system factors:not to roll surface form examine "comprehensive and practice" content in teaching practice is the most important cause of influencing the teachers no time to develop good problem. Primary school mathematics curriculum itself:"Comprehensive and Practice" is a relatively new field as mathematics, specifically guide the effective implementation of bibliographic is rarely. The teachers’ own factors:the implementation of teaching design and teaching based on the teaching material; the evaluation of teachers’ quality is low; not good at timely self-reflection. For students:the students’ foundation uneven and students’ autonomy is not strong.Further proposed the following teaching strategies which used to promote the mathematics "Comprehensive and Practice" implemented effectively:first, perfecting the test evaluation system and increasing the primary school "Comprehensive and Practice" math quiz requirements. Second, curriculum planning departments should do the design and guide the top. Third, carrying out "Comprehensive and Practice" according to the "school-based". Fourth, the teachers should become active promoter of the effective implementation of "Comprehensive and Practice":actively to develop to develop the curriculum resources; according to the "compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard (2011Edition)" to do teaching design and implementation of the curriculum; the teachers should pay attention to self improvement. The teachers’ self improvement including the following three aspects: increasing the teachers "internal force"; teachers should become information teachers; teachers should improve their accomplishment of assessment.
