| Preschool education is the beginning of national education and an important partof education. While preschool education policy is to realize the goal of cultivatingpreschool education, carrying out the basic guideline implementation of preschooleducation. This paper uses literature research method, historical research method,comparative research method, in thirty years of reform and opening up to thedomain(1978-2008),with the policy as the research object,with social reform as thehistorical background, the preschool education policy of four country the evolutiveprocess systematically, on the1basis, summed up the thirty years preschool educationpolicy evolution of our county’s characteristics and enlightenment, so as to providesome reference for the healthy development of China’s future preschool education.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction. It includes analysis of the problem, the definitionof related concepts, summarization of the present research situation, and introductionof the value of research methods used in this paper.The second part mainly carries on the comparative systematic review of normativestage and recovery of preschool education policy. Carring on the elaboration fromteacher policy, the rural preschool education, preschool education policy of financialinvestment and preschool education curriculum policy,four aspects of preschooleducation policy.The third part and the fourth part focuses on the reform and development ofpreschool education policy, as well as the rectification and improvement phase of thepreschool education policy analysis.The fifth part is based on the policy of reform and opening up in thirty years ofpreschool education, summing up the characteristics of the evolution of the preschooleducation policy.The sixth part is the experience and lesson of preschool education policy in thirtytears of reform and opening up, and reveals the modern enlightenment. |
