Twenty-first Century is the rapid development of China’s social economy, culture,science and technology era.The basic requirements of the education reform and promotingquality education.The middle school chinese teachers put forward higher requirements. Hasan important influence on Chinese teachers professional growth track of formation anddevelopment of individual education. Analyze thepossible intrinsic and extrinsic factors affecting teachers’ professional development,and cometo the revelation of the majority of teachers.
