School-based curriculum is to adapt the curriculum diversification trend, our countryrelaxed curriculum management authority, the implementation of three national, local, schoolcurriculum, after evaluating the students’ needs, make full use of the local curriculumresources, organized staff by the school, in order to meet the needs of students in the schoolcurriculum. Chinese School-based curriculum is designed to improve Chineseaccomplishment of students, select students need curriculum resources, satisfy one kind ofcurriculum form the diverse needs of the students. But for a long time, our teachers hasChinese textbooks as the only curriculum resources, curriculum resources developmentmainly rely on a small number of experts and scholars, teachers are not widely mobilize.Teaching is only limited to the classroom, lack of inquiry learning for research sitescorresponding, broad curriculum resources are buried, limbo, with students using the mostclosely related to the local cultural resources is few, so the course is often divorced from thestudents’ life experience, students learning interest is not strong teachers, do it. Fushun cityhas a long history, profound culture, beautiful natural scenery, for the characteristics ofminority region, local culture is rich in resources, the development of school-basedcurriculum has great potential. According to the analysis the author collected, will FushunCity Chinese School-based curriculum is divided into five topics, respectively: naturalscenery; history; Fushun, Manchu’s hometown, the city of Lei Feng. In to the endogenous andpractical principles, effective way to explore the city of Fushun local culture as a Chineselanguage school-based curriculum resources, improve the students’ self-study and cooperationability, promote students’ all-round development of knowledge, emotion.
