In the21st century, science and technology and rapid economic development, faced with thechanging social environment, the importance of the curriculum reform in the era of economy andinformation society is more and more prominent. Under the new situation, the ministry ofeducation puts forward the stand or fall of school-based curriculum effect is related to the actualeffect of a new round of curriculum reform. The traditional education model ignores the studentsprincipal role in the education process, and the implementation of school-based curriculum is toall the teachers and students to participate, the need to constantly explore and progress. It caneffectively promote the improvement of quality of the students, especially for students from lifeexperience, improve the ability of autonomous learning, thus effectively raises the student goodthought quality. At the same time, also is helpful for the improvement of teachers’ personalaccomplishment and improving school practice, make full use of the local curriculum resources,highlight the school characteristics and improve the teaching quality of education.Given wuan, local culture and the actual situation of high school students, the author basedon the background of new curriculum reform, in this study wuan, on the basis of local culturalsignificance, summarizes the predecessors about the value of the development of school-basedcurriculum, program, principles, strategies, and facing problems of study, according to the theoryof constructivism, humanism and Joseph schwab, practice mode and process of TengHaoSi theoryas the instruction, proposed "charm wuan" local culture value and the feasibility of school-basedcurriculum development. Then, the author is "charm wuan" course objectives, implementationprinciples of local culture school-based curriculum, curriculum content, curriculumimplementation used in the teaching methods and curriculum evaluation strategies discussed inthis paper, several aspects, such as the combination of "regional culture" into the XiLing lake and"wuan characteristic diet-wuan stewed food" case two courses, summarizes the harvest duringthe implementation of curriculum development and faces confusion, makes every effort toimplement school-based curriculum teaching through research and reflection of the real value.
