The Researchment Of The University Students’ Employment From The Perspective Of Professional Disciplines

This paper aims at students’ demand and supply of the imbalance.Firstly, it analyzes higher education’s structure, the industrial structure and the employmentstructure.Secondly, it researches the relationship among the discipline structure, industrialstructure and college students’ employment structure by the chart method and binaryregression analysis. Such as: the analysis between the industry structure and employmentstructure, the relationship between the industry structure and discipline structure. Then theconclusion according to the analysis reveals the problems and causes existing in the disciplinestructure and finds their relationship and function fundamentally.The industrial structuredetermines discipline structure’s setting up and adjustment, while the structure of academicdisciplines can actively lead the transformation and upgrade of the industrial structure. Thetwo jointly act on the employment structure.According to China’s three big economic regions’ imbalance causes the imbalancebetween the educational structure and the college students’ employment structure, this papermakes research and analysis for the discipline structure of the three big economic regions andfinds the unreasonable reasons which not matches the employment. It includes educationconcept political, economic and other factors. Then the paper analyzes the mechanism that theadjustment of the professional disciplines structure can promote college students’ employmentand reveals the mechanism connotation. Also it finds out the operating system from theindustry structure and employment structure’s operation mechanism, the employment structureand talent demand structure’s operation mechanism, and the connotation of discipline structure.Then according to the principle of the operation of the mechanism, we can find the basic wayto solve the problem of university students’ employment. It is conform to the industry structureadjustment and the development of the market economy needs, facing the whole country withthree big economic regions, namely the eastern, central and western, adjusts the university subject respectively professional structure, at the same time, transforms the employmentconcept of college graduates, changes the existing talent cultivation mode, finallyfundamentally to find solutions to college students in our country the method of structuralunemployment. Require students to change the idea of employment, quicken the pace ofspecialized subject structure adjustment, and also to speed up the transformation of the way ofthe personnel training.
