Postgraduate employment situation become acute, with the increase of the number ofgraduate students, female postgraduate’s employment problems are becoming severe, andwhich is a comprehensive problem that not only relates to personal future career planning ofthemselves, but also affect to our nation’s human resources fully the long-term plan and highereducation development.In view of the above reasons, it is necessary that probing into theproblems of female postgraduate employment competitivenessin our country further.It uses a questionnaire, interviews and the method of anglicizing and combining, obtainsa true understanding and finds the current female postgraduate’s employment competitivenessproblems,by investigation of Naming University of Technology:employability competitivenessis slightly stronger than the male postgraduate, female postgraduate students self-awarenessand graduation intends are in low level of understanding, awareness of career planning andemployment self-confidence is not strong, family roles and occupational roles conflictapparently, employment expectations are more rational, employment services demand strong,job channel is biased in favor of traditional.These problems based on a questionnaire survey found that the female graduate studentsemployment competitiveness-based, it uses the theory of knowledge, systems analysis toexplore the factors affecting the employment competitiveness of female postgraduate studentsfrom objective factors and subjective factors two levels, objective factors, including themacroeconomic impact, the impact of the national employment policy, the orientation of theemployer, the influence of traditional culture, the impact of graduate enrollment, graduatetraining mode; subjective factors, including the impact of female graduate job outlook, femalepostgraduate personal quality.On the basis of the survey and influencing factors, enhance the way of the female graduate employability competitiveness, starting from four perspectives: the governmentshould construct gender equality in the labor market,enterprises bear certain employmentresponsibility and universities need to strengthen the female postgraduate employmentguidance, female postgraduate students improve their employability competitiveness.Female postgraduate employment is a complex issue. In the study, the main femalepostgraduate employment status as the starting point to an empirical study. The study strives toprovide guidance and advice for the government, universities, the employer, proposes the ideaof a practical guidance for the employment of female graduate students.
