Teaching design is the core of teachers’ professional development ability, especially in the context of information of education to promote, improve teachers’ information technology teaching design ability is of great significance. Teacher professional ability in the teaching means, teaching methods, teaching idea transformation plays a leading role, in the information technology rapid development today, teachers’ teaching design ability has met unprecedented challenges. How to with the help of teachers’ teaching design ability to improve teachers’ professional development, is now one of the hot spot in the educational circles in our country. The development of modern network technology to break the teaching place, time, space restrictions, training teachers to make use of network platform, gradually replaced the traditional teachers training mode. However, the disadvantages of this way of training one by one, to make the primary and secondary school teachers have a more stable learning and working environment, the author designed a model for primary and secondary school teachers’ teaching design ability of the development of the system of theory and application, to improve teachers’ professional quality has very important practical significance.This study consists of two aspects of theory and practice, the specific research contents are as follows:First of all, using the method of literature investigation, from the domestic and foreign research on teachers’ teaching design ability development technology present situation analysis, the release of the platform and project what kind of defect, put forward suitable for China’s national conditions of primary and secondary school teachers spatial concept, and learn about the current research status of domestic and international primary and secondary school teachers’ teaching design ability.Secondly, through investigation and research, from the perspective of teaching process determine the connotation of the primary and secondary school teachers’ teaching design ability, and from the Angle of classroom teaching process, teachers’ teaching design ability of the core abilities, is made up of the teaching goal analysis ability, grasp the characteristic of students’ learning ability, ability to manage design class, the teaching content generalization of stretch ability, the study effect evaluation of the ability of students, all kinds of teaching methods of the selection and application ability; And designed by the questionnaire, the research about the present situation of teachers’ teaching design ability analysis, find out problems and put forward countermeasures, analysis of the development is the necessity of the system.Again, based on the above literature survey and questionnaire analysis, the combination of constructivism, the ideas of the teaching prescription, learning community theory, structures, design for primary and secondary school teachers teaching ability development theory and the system’s overall framework, from the Angle of theory and practice, analyses the function of the system, determine the function modules of the platform, complete is the overall design of the system.Innovation points of this paper is to design and implement the theory system for primary and secondary school teachers’ teaching design ability development, this system is provided to the teachers in teaching design system on the basis of design knowledge and teaching skills courses, based on the guiding thought of constructivism learning theory, also for teachers to provide communication and collaboration learning support services; Construction of various types of learning information resources but a teacher’s study provides a wider platform, improve the ability of teaching design at the same time, broaden the teachers horizons.From the initial literature survey at the end of the this study developed a design for primary and secondary school teachers teaching ability development system of theory and application, which embodies the development of primary and secondary school teachers’teaching design ability as the main body of the concept; System from the functional elements of the design, the theoretical basis of consideration, each module realization process all embody the teachers’teaching design ability development as the fundamental goal.
