As an important part of farmer vocational education,farmer-training influentsincreasingly importance in constructing the Socialism new Village. By the train inagricultural technical,more and more farmers have mastered the modern agriculturaltechnical and concepts in management in order to achieve the goal of revitalizationthe agriculture by science and technology, and promote the upgrading of industrialstructure in rural areas. By the train in transferring the labor force, more and morefarmers have gained the knowledge and skills required in employment, achieve thegoal of the labor forces’ free transferring into the cities to increased the income offarmers.On the basis of theoretical research, this paper firstly analyze of a typical farmertraining model in developed countries elements in respect of subject, object, contentsand methods, to identify the common part in these modes and provide reference toour farmer training model. And then analyze the mode in China in macro and microperspective, especially in micro perspective to provide a realistic basis for the choiceand establishment of farmer-training model in constructing the Socialism new Village,by analyzing the subject, object, content and methods, implementation and theadvantages and disadvantages of the current mode.By analyzing the farmer-training model in China and abroad, combined with theneeds of constructing the Socialism new Village, our farmer-training model shouldfollow the principles of systematic, demonstrating, practical, stable, developing. Andfarmer-training model should be chosen and constructed by the way of diversifiedsubject; practical training content and methods; modern assessment and evaluationsystem; and effective insurance.
