The propose of learning is learner by learning to reach or achieve the objectivesand requirements and level of ambition. With the economic and social development andthe demand for highly skilled personnel an important role to play in a market economy,countries are also increasing emphasis on the development of higher vocationaleducation, given the higher expectations and demands on the student. Meanwhile, withthe economic, cultural diversification, and thus on the student learning objectives nosmall influence, in this context, for the part of the vocational colleges learningatmosphere is not thick, learning the value orientation of the diverse realities of,in-depth study and discussion of vocational students learning purposes it is very timelyand necessary. Therefore, should lead a profound understanding of the vocationalstudents learning objectives, clear learning objectives, not only to the development ofvocational students; also can take to improve the quality of higher vocational education;and even affect the social and economic development.This study adopts the document research, comparative analysis, investigationmethods such as analysis and interview. Author questionnaire survey and interviewmethod of combining research situation of higher vocational students ’ learningoutcomes in order to achieve the purpose of closest to the research topics of the realpicture. On this basis, the article on current higher vocational students in learningin-depth discussion on purpose, all structural elements and relations of highervocational students ’ learning outcomes through research found higher vocationalstudents ’ learning outcomes have striking features of diversity and relevance, that affecttheir learning objective in-depth analysis and discussion of the external and the internal.Its characteristics and socio-economic and cultural development, employment, family,and other external factors and internal factors such as personality, value orientation.In summary front research of results of based, to students for Center, this made hasestablished excellent culture atmosphere and science of high vocational collegemechanism; strengthening College thought culture construction and "double Divisiontype" teachers team construction; improve teachers teaching quality and on studentsvalues of boot; established parents, and teachers good communication; students itselfimprove mechanism, five items help students set active, and clear learning purpose ofpolicy. Hope that the results of this research can focus on higher vocational collegestudents ’ learning objectives on education and guidance has the reference value, students ’ self-education for parents in educating their children, in order to havesignificance.
