Kashi is referred to as "Kashgar", in the northwest of the People’s Republic ofChina, southwest of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Modern Kashgar is aimportant ties of home and abroad political, economic and cultural exchanges, thePearl on the Silk Road, and the ancient "Silk Road" is must pass Road for theNorth-South, international Trade and cultural exchanges between the East and theWest portal in ancient China. There are lots of material related to Kashgar in Chineseand Uighur. As a famous historical and cultural region of Chinese, the Kashgar has abrilliant long arts and culture history, the various characteristics of cultures spread,exchange, integrate this place, and gradually over time it builds up unique traditionalculture of Kashgar. In the history of the spread of Islamic civilization in Central Asia,had called the Kashgar city " second Bukhara ", compared with other cities anddistrict towns, it is fretfully accept modern science and culture, and trained a batch offrontiers, played a prominent role in the cultural Enlightenment.The new type of education (Jaddism education, meaning the new method)referred to in this paper is new type of educational activities to promote education inorder to revitalize the nation which incoming under the influence of theEnlightenment movement of Uighur industrial and commercial capitalists and Tatarsfrom Central Asia. The education reform movement has gone through three stages:first, from1870to1911, is beginning stage. Although this period of kashgar Uygurnew education was the opposition of conservative religious people, but it appears,after all, to the Uighur community to bring a new kind of inspiration. Compared tothe new school education and the traditional scriptures education has beendemonstrated difference, from the aspects of affiliation, teaching contents andmethods are revealed out of the tendency of Islam. Second, from1911to1933, ispreliminary development stage, This period the new schools in kashgar educationwider coverage, and the initial formation of a more complete education system.Learning science and culture conducive to social progress, has basically acceptablefor the Uighur people. Third, from1933to1943, is developing stage, This period thenew schools in the kashgar Uygur education broader coverage, in addition to theset up of civil funded education, the economic investment and policy support ofGovernment to the new school education in to promote the rapid development of newschools, from cities to rural areas, everywhere can see the figure of the modernschool education. Originally conservative religious people oppose the new school education, and ultimately accept the concept of the new schools education. Theydonated the mosque property to the school. Since then, the kashgar Uygur educationhas occured a fundamental change, the Uighur education transform from thisold-fashioned education as the main content of traditional religious texts to seculareducation as the leading science and culture.Based on the formation and characteristics of the new schools of education inKashi by the period to Republic of China, and explore the historical role of the socialand practical significance of new schools education in this period.The full text ismainly divided into the following sections.
