Research On The Cultivation Of College Student's Non-specialty Quality Under The Situation Of Employment Difficulties

It has been a focus on the employment of College Students to society, schools and families; Graduates Employment has become an inescapable realistic problem due to various subjective and objective factors. In college education, according to the relevance of the quality education and the major of the college students, we can put students'quality divided into the professional quality and non-specialized quality simply. The professional quality represents a person's ability to do some special work, it requires a person have to obtain the specialized knowledge which engaged in the social occupational activities. At present, the employers pay more attention on comprehensive quality, especially non-professional quality of the students. However, most students can not meet the needs for the community in the level of non-professional quality. According to this situation, the author set non-professional training under employment in dilemma as the direction of research. The author believes that:training the non-profession directly not only related to the vital interests of students, but also to social stability and development. In a word, it has a great significance to individuals and society.Based on the existing researches on non-professional quality of the students, first, the author describes several conceptions and theoretical and practical basis that related to the concept. The author gives her own understanding about the major content:it includes non-professional ethics, psychology, non-professional ability and quality. Second, in Practice terms, the author selected several Universities in Guangxi for research. Through the collection, collation, analysis of research on available information, makes the present status of quality. Finding that the quality of non-professional status mainly as follows:most students can basically understand the need of training and their level of quality needed to be further improved, we also see the quality of non-professional which is a direct reason to successful employment. Students have their own training demand of the problem. Finally, non-professional based on the situation summed up, the author analyzes the reasons and proposes some countermeasures. Believing that:ideological attention, accurate target location, optimization curriculum, and promoting teaching reform, improving the quality of teachers, doing a good job in practice areas, establishing and improving relevant educational organizations and reasonable evaluation mechanisms are beneficial measures. These measures have theoretical and practical reference value for training carried out for university students of non-professional quality. They can be developed and improved as practice in the future.The innovations of this paper are as follows:first of all, Put the cultivation of the non-specialized quality under the background of the employment difficulties, it's much more reasonable argument the importance and necessity of reinforce of non-specialized quality. Secondly, Concerning the scope of research, of the existing research are now aiming mainly at a professional or some of the college students, while this paper case study of Guangxi universities, The scope of the research are much more different from the existing research, this is some complements of the existing research. Moreover, although there is much more subjects and monographs for college students'quality education, as for the current material resources, there are still relatively rare of the research on the cultivation of college students' non-specialized quality. In this case, this study in certain extent may play the role of shortage make-up.The cultivation of non-specialized quality of the college students not only is related to students, but also related to the development of the college. For college, the cultivation of college student's non-specialized quality should have certain innovation in theoretical guidance, and also should have certain breakthrough in practice. The cultivation of students' non-specialized quality needs the joint efforts of the college teachers and students, as well as the functional departments. This is a long-term and arduous task which needs the courage to face the difficulty, continuously study and innovates unceasingly. We should grasp the inner essence and the objective laws of the college students'non-specialized quality, instruct the training work, improve the level of students'non-specialized quality and help the college student employment smoothly.
