As China's economy has entered a new normal,accelerating the development of the new economy and promoting the accelerated growth of new technologies,industries and formats has become one of the important contents of China's supply-side structural reform and continuing to lead the development of the new economy.Under the new economy,the industrial structure,labor supply and demand,employment situation and employment mode will all have new characteristics.Under the new economic background,the new employment mode also puts forward higher knowledge and ability requirements for college students.This paper takes the new economy as the background in order to provide new ideas for the research on the employment quality of college students.Drawing on domestic and foreign experience and on the basis of literature review,this paper makes comprehensive use of human capital theory,social capital theory,evaluation theory,grounded theory,hierarchical analysis and other methods to discuss from the following four aspects:(1)It defines the connotation of college students' employment quality.On the basis of reviewing relevant literatures on the employment quality of college students at home and abroad,this paper defines the concept of employment quality,the connotation of employment quality of college students,and the new economy,and constructs a coupling model between the employment quality of college students and the new economy,laying a foundation for future research.(2)The evaluation index system of college students' employment quality is constructed.Using the method of in-depth interview to obtain the research data,and combining with the grounded theory to gradually code method to build the college students employment quality evaluation index system.(3)An empirical study on the employment quality of college students was conducted.Firstly,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used to determine the employment quality evaluation index weight.Secondly,according to the actual situation,the design of college students' employment quality self-test questionnaire,through the questionnaire to investigate the quality of college students' employment.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the employment quality of college students.It isfound that the overall score of college students' employment quality is between "relatively satisfactory" and "average".Meanwhile,the empirical analysis shows that the employment quality of college students under the new economy is higher than that of traditional economy.The employment quality of male college students is higher than that of female students,and their scores are between "relatively satisfactory" and "average".(4)The path of improving the employment quality of college students under the new economic background is designed.Based on the research results of this paper,the paper designs the path to improve the employment quality of college students under the new economic background from the four dimensions of the government,universities,employers and college students themselves.
