| This paper proposes the Dual-linkage on educational-employment structure and employment-industrial structure based on the analysis of the interaction within each of the educational-employment structure and employment-industrial structure for the structural contradictions in China's current labor market. The Dual-linkage can reduce the delay in the transmission of information on labor supply and demand, and eliminate the division between the educational structure and industrial structure, and enhance coordination between the educational structure and industrial structure. By these means, Dual-linkage can ease the structural contradictions in China's current labor market. In addition, we used the Dual- linkage to do an empirical analysis on the co-exist phenomenon of the migrant worker shortage and the graduates'difficult employment in China, and put forward ideas to solve it. |
