Recently, with the deepening of education reform, the class management is the transitionfrom "headteacher dictatorship" to "students self-government", but the two management statesare too extreme, which have the disadvantages, however, the "moderate decentralization,moderate autonomy" is more feasible. In this study, the ability of students to participate inclass autonomous management is regarded as a kind of ability to work, the contribution thatstudents for the class construction have made is equal to job achievement, so I put forward thehypothesis: the core self-evaluation is related to the capacity of individual participating inClass Autonomous management.The research takes Weichang county’s first high school students in Chengde city as anexample, through inspecting relevant literature, and conducting a questionnaire survey during550students,520valid questionnaires were offered, what’s more, statistical analysis of resultsshows usually have a higher score in the class autonomous management, and the coreself-evaluation of students in the higher degree of recognition, class autonomous managementinvolvement and class environment of self positioning dimensions have a higher score.The above results show that the core self evaluation is a predictor of lass Autonomousmanagement. The students who possess a higher core self-evaluation are recognized theextent of the class environment and class autonomous management system, even more, whoare more positive and active to participation in class autonomous management and also havemore confidence to themselves.On this basis, this study also conducted interviews on the part of students, teachers andparents. Then it summarized the psychological characteristics of the senior high school students,and this text mainly discusses the factors of influencing core self evaluation and how to helpstudents improve the core self-evaluation, which further enriches the theory of core selfevaluation.To sum up, for the moderate decentralization and moderate autonomy of Class Autonomousmanagement process: to foresee the ability of students to participate in Class AutonomousManagement in class at the early stage of construction, and to take targeted measures to helpstudents enhance the core self evaluation, contributing to Class Autonomous management.
