At present,after taking enrollment rate and teaching performance assessment — tightly related to their salaries and honors—into account,some of the teachers mainly focus on students' academic achievement rather than comprehensive performance.So,there is no doubt that the inefficient education mechanism exerts a harmful influence on students' development,both physically and mentally.Therefore,class management mode of graduating class in the middle school desperately needs innovation and transformation: an instructional approach based on constructional principles of learning.This student-centered approach focuses on students' self-management.The instructional goal in student-centered classrooms is to create a learning environment where knowledge is co-constructed by the teacher and students rather than transmitted directly by the teacher;the teacher with a more humanistic orientation is likely to maintain a classroom climate in which active interaction and communication,close personal relationships with students,common learning goal and flexibility of rules,as well as students' self-discipline,self–determination and independence are fostered.That creates more fair education opportunities,and a free,easy learning environment.This article draws on lots of external remarkable theories and tutorials about student-centered management,and combines with our real situation.As a result to enable to dig up problems,refine our management mode more thoroughly and systematically,and come out with a feasible strategy and scientific method.Author of the article spends much time on studying research findings about self-management at home and abroad.Based on rich practical experiences,and through questionnaire,interview,and similar investigation methods on graduating students and their teachers,she points out all shorts of drawbacks obviously existing in graduating class.Then,by research results and analysis,he puts forward several possible solutions and plans so as to ameliorate the education scheme and tap out student's versatile potential.In conclusion,grounded by solid research findings,the article contains a series of viable strategies,measures and some relevant points to tackle the underlying problems in the graduating class,such as imperfect institutionalization,lack of policy enforcement,weak students' subjectivity etc.,leading to a more scientific and systematic management mode.The author hopes that the teacher could not only be conscious of the mode,but also be a facilitator who guides head teachers to strengthen their learning and acknowledgement to the trans-formative vision.
