As China’s socialist market economy has improved, the demandfor talent specifications society increasingly high demand notonly the number of personnel, but also require the quality oftalent. Concerned about performing undergraduate practicalability and training pathways, has become China’s highereducation PE reformation of a trend. In this paper, art, sports,education as the theoretical basis and practical access to a lotof ability, professional training and other performance relatedbooks, literature, and combined with the training program ofsports academies, performing undergraduate training goals,analyze current performance sports colleges undergraduatepractical ability (general practice capabilities includelearning ability, cooperation and communication skills,organizational skills and research capacity; professionalpractice including teaching and training capabilities, creatingability, acting ability, performance activities organizationand planning skills and aesthetic) and the practical ability ofeffective training ways (classroom teaching, academic exchanges,serving as student leaders, at all levels of involvement in theactivities of the performances, participation in training at all levels of the project, various types student Activitiesorganization and planning, each school team training andcompetition, participation in cultural activities on campus,video works and performances related to the program to learn from,the use of network resources for learning, teaching practice,graduation design, social practice, participate in publicwelfare activities, other colleges, schools or enterprises forcompose or perform technical guidance).
