As an important part of the higher education system,professional degrees can be divided into full-time and part-time according to the study forms,aiming at cultivating high-level practical and applied talents,in this study,full-time professional degree master students(hereinafter referred to as: full-time professional master)as the research object to explore.Having strong practical ability is the main characteristic and basic requirement of full-time professional master,which is different from academic master,is the core ability of full-time professional master,and is also a hot topic in the field of higher education.In the context of accelerating scientific and technological change and knowledge renewal in modern society,the practice-led form has gradually changed,the quality of thinking and the ability of action,in which knowledge is used to solve practical problems,has become a new explanation of the concept of practical ability.Therefore,based on the SECI model theory put forward by Ikujiro Nonaka,the internal logic between knowledge transformation and practical ability is combed to optimize the training of practical ability.Analysis and summary of relevant research materials,combined with the full-time professional master of the actual situation of practical ability training,based on the SECI model,this paper divides the Socialization,the Externalization,the Combination,and the Internalization stages into dimensions and constructs the theoretical framework from the knowledge absorption to the practice application,to provide a theoretical basis for the cultivation of practical ability.Through qualitative and quantitative methods,this study analyzes the relationship between the stages of full-time professional master's practical ability generation from the SECI perspective.Independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the influence of demographic background,it is found that there are significant differences in gender,grade and pre-admission status of full-time professional postgraduates.Using SPSS26.0 statistical analysis software and PROCESS to analyze the correlation of the model,the results show that there is a significant correlation between the four stages,which has a positive and significant impact on practical ability.At the same time,as the mediating variables in the Socialization and Internalization stages,the Externalization and Combination stages play the mediating role.This shows that in the development of full-time professional master's practical ability,the higher the degree of mastering the professional knowledge and improving the professional quality in the Socialization stage,after the team cooperation,communication,and the collision of thinking in the Externalization stage,the better the effect of knowledge structure in the stage of Combination,the stronger the ability of comprehensive practice in the stage of Internalization.According to the conclusion of the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of cultivating the practice ability of full-time professional master in the view of SECI model.In the Socialization stage,we should attach importance to the curriculum study of the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical ability;in the Externalization stage,we should give full play to the dual tutorial system of the combination of production and learning and the cooperative training;and in the Combination stage,we should establish a scientific and reasonable knowledge structure,it emphasizes the cultivation of life-long learning ability,carries out the practice of multi-governance in the Internalization stage,and produces new ideas and understandings in the process of practice,so as to improve the level of practical ability.
