Based On Social Software Graduate Personal Knowledge Management Research

The21st century is a new era of knowledge economy, also a fast learningnetwork era.The importance of knowledge has prompted postgraduate learnersincreasingly to focuse on personal knowledge management capability (PKM, PersonalKnowledge Management) to enhance and to base on pioneering applications of thisimportant in-depth study to the social and sexual issues. Personal knowledgemanagement belongs to the field of cutting-edge research, and it plays an importantrole in practicality, pioneering and operability of graduate learners, but the onlydownside is the lack of ability to integrate. Personal knowledge management is notonly a wide vision of personal knowledge, personal social viability, adaptability,competitiveness and ability to innovate, but also helping to develop quick access topersonal knowledge,flexibility and storage, and overall management,depthreflect,extensive exchanges to maximize sharing and creative integration of manycapabilities expand. Of course, personal knowledge management, has laid a goodfoundation by developing good habits of study,enhancing the personal informationliteracy, building personal knowledge management system, riching human knowledge,createing more forward-looking common humanity in culture, science and technology,education and other comprehensive wealth of knowledge.The level of personalknowledge management, however, depends entirely on the individual choice of tools,the proficiency use of the tools,optimization and pioneering all-round ability tointegrate. Therefore, the core target of this study is to explore how to improve theability of graduate learners to choose the tools and how to integrate the resources.Thus,it is to analysis and interpretate the research status of knowledgemanagement at home and abroad,Social Software Research on knowledgemanagement at home and abroad, as well as application in social software of personalknowledge management by using the literature Act related knowledge managementresearch works.And then, through the research method,this paper aims to analysis thecurrent status quo of domestic and foreign graduate students’personal use ofknowledge management,especially the problems that may exist in graduate students’using social software for personal knowledge management, and how to deal with them.At the same time, it is about to explain the necessity and feasibility of the socialsoftware as personal knowledge management tools. It describes why social softwarecan be the best knowledge management tools for graduates’ personal knowledgemanagement, specifically addresses the general method of how to choose and applythem.
