Positive Psychology has been a new research field in the recent 10 years in American psychology circle, whose founder is Martin E.P.Seligman, an American psychologist, who firmly believes that the positive force can make the feeling of being happy perpetual. The target of the Positive Psychology is to catalyze the psychology to focus on the building of people's good quality from just paying attention to the solution of the problems and it advocated us to mobilize the active power, positive quality, wisdom and creative ability of mankind to promote the perfection of society in a positive approach. With the ideal of the Positive Psychology come into people's vision, its application has shifted to human resource, medicine and many other subjects from the pure psychology. From the perspective of the Positive Psychology, English teaching in primary school is a process that makes psychological adjustment. The incorporation of the frontier theory of Positive Psychology into the teaching of the primary school is a new era for basic education curriculum reform, an attempt to put the theory of Positive Psychology into practice, an urgent need to solve the real problem during the growth of children. It is also an inherent requirement of increasing the quality of English teaching in primary school.At present, many domestic and foreign researches on pupils'misbehavior show that the overall incidence of pupils'misbehavior is in a rising trend with the development of the society. Specific to the primary school English teaching view, the misbehavior in primary school English teaching not only affects the healthy growth of pupils, the emotion of the teacher to a certain extent, but also affects the surrounding pupils. It also brings some obstacles to the primary school English teaching. There are many ways about the transformation of pupils'misbehavior, but most of which put the pupils in a passive position. What's more, there is no specific and operation method,so it is very easy to generate some negative emotional conflicts in the process of transformation, which greatly reduce the effect of transformation and slow down the transformation.This paper aims to explore the transformation of misbehavior in EnglishTeaching in primary school from the perspective of Positive Psychology, through literature research method by analyzing the two main theoretical pillars:positive experience and positive thinking which were proposed by Seligman, based on the two theories as the logical pillar throughout the paper. On the one hand, it tries to provide some theoretical basis for the application of Positive Psychology in English Teaching in primary school. On the other hand, try to provide a new way of thinking and understanding vision in order to solve the misbehavior in primary English Teaching.
