With the development of urbanization, the number of rural school students is declining,and a lot of teaching facilities and resources are set aside and wasted, which makes the schooleducation difficult to operate the scale of education, severely restricting the development ofrural education. Under this background, after entering in21Century, our country began a newround of layout of structural adjustment in rural schools. The simple mergence of schools willcause a new problem of a new "school is difficult", in such circumstances, consideringconvenience to rural children to school and the educational quality; boarding schools willbecome the best choice to resolve this problem. But at the same time, many children leavehome, most of the time learning and living in the school, the problems of student managementin the rural boarding school become the focus.In order to study the situation of student management compulsory rural boarding school,the research choice two boarding schools as object in the Inner Mongolia BaYanNaoEr, usingliterature method, questionnaire method, interview method, observation method, and thestudent management in the rural boarding schools exists some problems in moral education,teaching, life, safety and mental health through study and analysis on the research. At thesame time, the research clearly points out and deeply analyses the reasons, including theschool management is backward, the management system is not perfect, lack of investment inrural education and the popular of exam-oriented education. Then, on the basis of research,the research further gives suggestions and measures to strengthen student management,combining the related theory. The main contents include, increasing the investment,strengthening the teacher team building, promoting the all-round development of students bytaking people as the foremost, strengthening security and logistics supporting, cooperatingclosely between home and school.
