Boarding is a school-running model that assumes the dual functions of school education and family education.The construction of boarding schools in rural compulsory education is a large and complex project involving both physical and physical aspects and intangible emotional and spiritual aspects.Therefore,the construction of rural boarding schools should not only consider its scale efficiency and tool value,but also examine its social and ethical values.This study is based on the daily life of students in boarding schools.The survey was conducted by randomly selected 1560 students,1554 teachers,20 parents,11 education bureau staff,and 51 junior high school and primary school principals in Hainan Province.This study used the data analysis software SPSS22.0 to enter and analyze the data,and objectively present the current situation of students in the boarding school by searching statistics and inferring statistics,searching for existing problems and analyzing the causes.The results show that students' satisfaction with school life is not high;the advantage of living in school is that it is convenient to go to school.The disadvantage is to miss the family's inner loneliness;the lack of family members,resolve bad feelings by finding good friends to play;school management is not perfect.Among them,the management problems of the school mainly include the following four aspects:(1)the safety problem is prominent,the main reason for students feeling unsafe is the fear of property being stolen;(2)the lack of medical treatment conditions,the main measure for the school to respond to the sickness of boarding students is to inform the parents;(3)The after-school life is monotonous,and the students' needs are not understood.This is mainly reflected in the fact that the students can not spend a long time each day,and the activities and organizational personnel are single.(4)The boarding conditions need to be improved,mainly in the following aspects: first,students are not satisfied with the environment and meals in the canteen;second,the dormitory is hot,some schools have no bathroom;third,there is a shortage of full-time life teachers,and the students are not satisfied with the temporary employment manager;fourth,living teachers do not live for a long time,and the work content cannot meet the needs of students.Based on the above research results,it is recommended that the government and schools should improve the students' diet and accommodation conditions;strengthen campus safety management,improve students' sense of security in school;strengthen home-school contact,build and improve the family's affection platform;give full play to life teachers' "services" and "education " Functions,standardize their responsibilities;enrich students' extracurricularactivities,strive to standardize activities facilities,diversify the main body of activities,diversify the activities,and characterize the activities.
