As China’s secondary occupation education reform deepening, as well as thesociety pay more attention to quality education. To make up science sports teachinggoal of formulate medium occupation school will have profound influence for thefuture development of medium occupation school students. It not only helps to ensurethat students keep health after enter the society,but also play a positive role onmaintaining a good, independent working ability after they into the various socialwork.This paper mainly uses the research method of literature, questionnaire surveymethod, interview method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigatedand analyzed the physical education syllabus of Forestry School in Inner Mongolia ofZhalantun city. Then it constructed the school thinking of physical education teachingstandard. The aim is to reveal the physical education syllabus’s characteristics andpossible problems of Forestry School in Inner Mongolia of Zhalantun city andconstruct the teaching standard. The conclusion of the study shows:The meaning of physical education teaching standards is a process design toimprove the quality of physical education teaching. Not only can satisfy the studentoverall demanding of the physical education, but also can clear the student learningobjectives which provides a broader and more freedom space for developing.In the Forestry School of Zhalantun city, the setting of school physical educationcurriculum is relative and single and physical education is in lower provisions ofMinistry of education. The curriculum assessment methods are evaluation of the mainlimitations. It is not pay more attention on maintenance and replacement of teachingfacilities that making the teaching facilities of the resource has been wasted.The Necessity of construct of teaching standard in the Physical Education ofForestry School in Zhalantun, Inner Mongolia is that the students have come to realizethe significance of study and professional courses of physical education theorylearning. It wishes to hoping to combine of the two needed to improve their own comprehensive quality and occupation ability. The feasibility of teaching standard inthe Physical Education of Forestry School in Zhalantun, Inner Mongolia is that theschool’s students eager to learn or contact in addition to sports projects outside theschool sports curriculum content, and this school also conditional offers students morelearning opportunities and environments.On the construction of teaching standard medium occupation school physicaleducation thought is divided into the following4aspects: The training objectives iswhich make the systematic, specific, level and comprehensive as a principle. It madethe movement participation goal, sports skills, mental health, social adaptation goalhealth goals and occupation quality target as the training targets to promote thedevelopment of students’ all-round in Inner Mongolia forestry of the Zhalantun cityschool physical education.On the curriculum system aspect, it as the Essential guarantee for students tomaster sports knowledge and skills which includes the choice of the curriculumcontent and course setting. The Assessment content includes the sense of participationin sports, the test results of physical fitness, the assessment of sports and healthknowledge and skill. It can promote students’ all-round understanding of theirlearning situation and results.
