Teachers’ professional emotion is an important factor to influence the professionaldevelopment of teachers. The ideological and moral teachers’ professional affectionnot only affects the development of teachers,and the students’ psychological healthand moral cultivation has the important influence,therefore professional affection ofIdeological and moral teachers becomes an important research topic of theprofessional development of teachers.In this paper,Urumqi city will be theideological and moral teachers’ professional emotion as the research object, from thefollowing aspects:Firstly, theory research on Teachers’ professional affection, making clear theconnotation and characteristics of teacher professional affection, and teachers’professional affection for teachers, for ideological and moral education and teachereducation in the meaning of life. The connotation of teachers’ professional affection,this paper mainly through the four dimensions of teacher professionalism isprofessional ideals, professional values, professional orientation and professional selfwere discussed.Secondly, based on theoretical research, discusses the impact of teachers’professional emotion aspect of professional development for teachers’ professionaldevelopment and teachers, to understand the status quo of Urumqi City, ideologicaland moral teachers professional affection. The problems are put forward, namelyindividual teachers have the professional ideal fuzzy, professional sentiment is nothigh, professional aptitude is unknown, professional self lost problems, theseproblems are mainly teachers for the choice of moral teacher occupation attitude ofmind caused by different, has since different quality and self request and schoolrunning idea influence the teacher.Finally, for the problems of teachers, improve professional affection the ideologicaland moral teacher recommendations, namely to strengthen teachers’ autonomousdevelopment, teacher professional ideal firm; to mobilize teachers’ enthusiasm,improve the teachers’ professional sentiment; teacher education is combined with theteaching practice, prominent teacher’s individualized training; pay attention toteachers’ self evaluation and self consciousness, looking for teacher professionalResearch on professional affection of Ideological and moral teachers can helpteachers better understand the work of their own education, preparing for his ownhappy educational life.
