With the accelerating pace of curriculum reform,art education has entered the "era of core literacy",and the teaching form of art classroom has also undergone significant changes.Cultivating modern citizens who can adapt to the society and solve problems in the face of complex situations has become one of the goals of the teaching of core literacy of art.Under this background,the contradiction between the professional development of art teachers and the realization of the core quality of art becomes more and more prominent.In this paper,with practice method,interview method,questionnaire survey method of urumqi middle school art teacher professional development present situation,the existing factors affecting professional development investigation and study,thus the author understands the region is still in the process of teacher professional development there is a high school art teacher professional knowledge reserve,personal professional skills and professional attitude to be single,improving teaching method,Art classroom teaching phenomenon,and the causes of the above problems are sorted out and analyzed.In view of the problems found above,the author firstly sorts out the key theoretical concepts from the relevant literature on the ability structure elements of general subjects teachers,and then sorts out the ability structure elements of art teachers from the aspects of professional knowledge,professional ability and professional emotion according to the characteristics of art teaching and the actual needs of teachers.According to the structural elements of professional ability that art teachers should possess,starting from the needs of art teachers themselves and art teaching in secondary schools of Urumqi City,this paper draws out such examples as teachers strengthening individual painting professional skills of art teachers in middle schools,teacher emotional cultivation of good personality,cooperative learning among teachers to stimulate group teaching wisdom.Learn and apply the method of integrating art disciplines with other disciplines,create the scene teaching suitable for middle school art teaching,explore the online and offline mixed teaching mode and other specific strategies that can promote the professional development of teachers,and according to the design of the unitized art teaching framework based on the concept of KUD theory model,Sample for teachers to provide specific and can refer to the course framework to explore how teachers guide students in the new teaching plan to mobilize the existing knowledge to take the initiative to summarize and to identify relevant knowledge,form the habit of initiative exploration and independent problem solving and conceptual understanding and conceptual thinking in the brain constantly deep processing,realize the goal of students deep learning and core literacy.The ultimate goal is to let Urumqi middle school art teachers in professional cognition,teaching concepts,teaching methods,curriculum design and other teaching ability to carry on in-depth promotion,the teacher professional development to a higher stage.
