This paper mainly researches the current development situation of the professional affection of the newly recruited kindergarten teachers in Baoding city,analyzes the relevant factors that affect the professional affection for the newly recruited kindergarten teachers,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to promote the professional growth of the newly recruited kindergarten teachers,enrich the research of teachers' professional affection,improve the professional development theory of kindergarten teachers',and contribute to the theory of preschool education.This paper can make the newly recruited kindergarten teachers have a clear understanding of the current professional affection development,urge them to improve their own professional affection,promote their own occupational adaptation,thereby improving their professional qualities.At the same time,this paper can also arouse the attention of relevant educators and leaders,so as to strengthen the training and education before and after the job,draw on the suggestions made in this paper in view of the current situation and influencing factors;combining with the real situation,make professional development plan for kindergarten teachers to improve the professional qualities.This paper divides professional affection into four dimensions: professional ideal,professional sentiment,professional orientation,professional self.From the four dimensions,the questionnaires and interviews are used for data collection and spss22.0 is used to analyze the recovered data and the paper explores the influencing factors and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.According to the analysis,we know that there are significant differences in the overall professional affection level of the newly recruited kindergarten teachers as well as in the four dimensions,in these differences,the professional sentiment dimension is relatively good,while the professional ideal,professional orientation and professional self dimension are relatively poor.The influencing factors of the difference in professional affection and four dimensions of the newly recruited kindergarten teachers mainly include age,the property of the garden,educational qualifications,major,whether the teacher is establishment or not,whether there is a kindergarten teacher qualification certificate and current income.As for the influencing factors,I think it needs the joint efforts of the country,society,schools,kindergartens,teachers themselves,by encouraging male roles to join to make up for the lack of male teachers;it also needs to enhance professional identity and to improve the social status of kindergarten teachers;to standardize the establishment of the kindergarten,to strengthen the management,to clarify the of kindergarten teachers' authorized strength and to provide more opportunities for the teachers to join the authorized strength;to pay attention to professional training,to build a professional teachers team;to improve the level of treatment,to meet the material needs,to improve oneself,to improve specialization and other measures to constantly improve the professional ideals and professional sentiment,professional orientation and professional self of the newly recruited kindergarten teachers.
