Educational probation is an important link to help normal students learning and practicing their teaching skill; meanwhile, it is an important way to promote the formation and development of normal students’ professional competency. Traditional education trainee has many shortcomings, such as "trainee venue lack","exist security risks, funding problems and management difficulties between the two universities","inadequate guidance, the assessment seems to be subjective" and so on. Traditional education trainee has been unable to meet the normal students’ needs. With the advent of the information age, advanced information technology provides new conditions, new tools and methods to break the traditional educational probation dilemma. There appear some education training platforms which are supported by technology. However, through the analysis of the existing platform, we can discover many problems, such as technology cost too high, less function, weak interactive function, telepresence poor, and so on. Most of the platforms are used for releasing trainee related information. They rarely can support education practice activities.This research through literature research and interviews, found that currently normal college trainee research focus on improving traditional education trainee by using of certain methods and means, lack of the education trainee technical support environment research, especially in remote trainee research. By analyze existing education Trainee platform, understand their characteristics and defects,use development of research methods, combined with the analysis of the main platform for participants (college students, instructor and co-teachers), reflective teaching,Situational awareness and learning, and the process of evaluation theory as the guide, draw on existing research results and experience to design and development the remote Trainee platform which have the webcast, recording and broadcasting, video annotation, collaborative lesson preparation; meanwhile, explore online live real-time remote Trainee mode and demand comment non-real-time remote trainee mode, provide a reference for how to use the platform for remote trainee.The thesis is divided into seven parts:The first part is an introduction, including research background, research content, the purpose and significance of research, the ideas and methods of research, relevant theory and related concepts, it is synoptically introduce the topic of this research, it is briefly introduce the theoretical basis which is based on and define the core concepts involved; the second part of the literature review of relevant research, to understand the situation of the domestic and foreign Normal University Students’Education Trainee, to summarize the experience of educational practice class platform design, development and application; the third part are needs analysis of platform and feasibility study, from the technical, economic and operational aspects to demonstrate the feasibility of platform study to provide a scientific basis for designing platform. The fourth part is the design of the Distance Education Trainee platform, including the platform overall function structural design, detailed design of specific functional modules and database design; the fifth part is the platform to realize, mainly introduce the platform’s development environment, the key technology of implementation, it elaborated the implementation process of the major functional modules and tested the platform and preliminary perfected platform based on feedback; Part6platform application pattern were related to exploration and proposes the application of recommendations; part7are Summary and Outlook, summed up the innovation and achievements of this research, proposed the deficiency and future research directions.In short, this article on the design, development and application of Distance Trainee platform help the study of Normal University Students’ knowledge of educational theory and teaching skills provides an exploration from theory to practice. The Distance Trainee platform builds a low-cost communication channels between trainees, instructor, cooperative teacher and trainee units. It is convenient resource sharing, record the Normal University Students’ trainee process in the file, to achieve the development evaluation of trainees, an effective solution to the problems of time and space barriers caused lacking of interaction, resource sharing inconvenience, high cost, Evaluation subjective and management difficulties of traditional education trainee.
