In order to consolidate the achievements of New High-school Curriculum Reform, to foster a comprehensive and personalized student, thus meeting the social needs of diversified talents, speeding up the realization of the modernization of education in Zhejiang, Zhejiang Provincial Education Department issued The Scheme of Deepening the Reform of High School Curriculum in Zhejiang Province in June2012.The focus of this reform is to reduce the ratio of compulsory courses and to increase elective courses, demanding high schools to implement the elective courses since the fall of2012.The ministry plan to use about three years from2012, relying on universities focus on teachers education, teacher training institutions, training all teachers from high schools in Zhejiang in hierarchical classification. In all, the teachers in charge of elective courses is the most important. So we must pay more attention to train them.They should enhance their ability of developing curriculum, using resources and teaching elective courses. Therefore, studying the training tactics of elective course teachers is meaningful. And how to improve the effectiveness of training for the reform, is the core of this study.The research takes the high schools in Jinhua district of Zhejiang as an example, through the form of questionnaire and interview, and I have took part in a training program to know more about the training and teachers’s demands. Meanwhile, investigates to carry out the teaching situation of the elective courses in Jinhua, and analyzes the difficulties; analyzes the teacher quality requirements. In all, teacher training countermeasures derived from a comprehensive analysis of the quality of teachers, the construction of elective course, and the training situation.This research can be divided into five parts:The first part:Introduction. Mainly introduces the research background and significance, the connotation of deepening the curriculum reform of high school, teachers in charge of the elective courses and teacher training. The high school curriculum reform at home and abroad, the research status of teacher trainings, and the research train of thought, research content and method.The second part:Analyze high school elective course teachers’qualities. To introduce the characteristics of elective courses under the background of deepening the curriculum reform in high school, and to analyze the quality of elective course teachers should possess in terms of educational idea, knowledge structure and teaching ability.The third part:The construction of elective courses in high school. Taking high school in urban district in Jinhua as an example.This paper summarizes the offer of the elective courses in high school, the teaching situation and the construction of teaching staff.The fourth part:The present situation of the training of the elective course teachers in high school. First, introduces the request of deepening the curriculum reform, the basic information of the training in Jinhua, including training institutions, training forms and the main contents; Then summarizes the main problems that exist in the training. Finally analyses the causes of the problems.The fifth part:The research of countermeasures in teachers training. Considering elective course teachers’ quality requirements, the current teaching situation and the problems existing in the training, to put forward some concrete suggestions in the training as to elective course teachers in high school.
