| With the rapid development of big data,5G and artificial intelligence,online learning platform,as a new teaching method,has been favored by the majority of teachers and students.The entry of online learning platform into the classroom is facing great development challenges and opportunities for traditional teaching.At the same time,with the rapid development of smart hotels,the demands of the hotel industry on the talent market are constantly changing,which also puts forward new requirements for the training of hotel professionals.In the hotel industry,guests’ requirements for hotel practitioners are also constantly improving,and the feeling of service has become more detailed,and the pursuit of more personalized service experience.The demand for skilled and high-quality service personnel in the hotel industry is more intense.In order to adapt to the new changes in the demand of the hotel industry,secondary vocational education should take the initiative to deepen the reform and improve the quality of personnel training,aiming at cultivating highly skilled and high-quality frontline service personnel for the core department of the hotel "Front Office Department".In order to achieve the training objectives,this study takes the practice teaching research of the online learning platform in Front Office Service and Management as the foothold,aiming to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and the quality of talent cultivation.This research mainly USES literature research,survey method,observation method,the methods of case analysis to carry out the research,understand the secondary "front office service and management" classroom teaching present situation,found that the current secondary vocational front desk in the classroom practice has the following problems: autonomous learning initiative is weak,poor effect of interaction between teachers and students,teaching content presentation needs to improve.According to the investigation,observation and interview,the reasons behind the problems are deeply analyzed.The main reasons are the lack of students’ independent learning ability,the single interaction between teachers and students,and the way of teaching content presentation neglects students’ preferences.To solve this problem,the author discusses the feasibility of teaching practice of online learning platform based on literature research,interviews and consultation with teachers of specialized courses,analyzes the advantages of teaching practice of online learning platform,and tries to solve the teaching practice problem of Front Office Service and Management.Based on the analysis of online learning platform,in this paper,by comparing the current secondary vocational school to choose online learning platform,finally select UMU interactive platform,the classroom platform,such as QQ,We Chat mobile communication platform,design the teaching practice of online learning platform,aims to improve the problems existing in the practice of online learning platform,promote students’ participation and development degree,Improve the vocational ability of secondary vocational students,cultivate professional awareness and professional ethics.Finally,the practical teaching plan into practice and carry on analysis and evaluation,contrast before and after the teaching practice of the students’ learning attitudes,learning,the teaching practice,online depth fusion,broaden the students’ learning time,the emotional communication between teachers and students the opportunity to grow in quantity,teachers have more time to receive students’ feedback,Students can conduct two-way teaching interaction with teachers through a variety of channels,stimulate their interest in learning in teaching and learning,enhance their understanding of the professional knowledge of the front office,and promote their service ability and professional quality of the front office. |
