The Investigation Of The Current Training Situation And Training Needs Of Vocational School Head Teachers

This thesis, which is based on Heyuan secondary vocational school, intends toresearch on vocational school head teacher current training situation and trainingneeds, find out the gap between them, and finally provide solutions. In which way,the content, forms and methods of head teacher training will be improved.This thesis contains five parts. The first part is introduction, which is talkingabout research background, It presents questions from the perspective of the demandfor development of secondary vocational education; the current training problems ofthe vocational head teachers; and the demand for their professional development.Then it further expatiates the theoretical and practical significance of the research,with a key focus on the review of the research and practice on secondary vocationalhead teachers both at home and abroad. Finally, the research methods and thinkingwill be introduced.The second part focus on the investigation of the current training situation, whichis based upon training content, training forms, training time, fares, results and so on.Analysis of the problems existing will be included in this part.The third part is mainly on demand research. According to the demand on thetraining content, forms and difficulties in the future, the aim in this part is to do theresearch on the training needs and analysis the gap between current training situationand training needs.The fourth part is suggestions on the training.Due to the current training situationand needs of training,suggestions are given in this part,Secondary school head teachertraining should focus on the future,implement the “12345” systemengineering,guarantee vocational school head teacher training effect,Then promotethe further improvement of moral education in secondary vocational school.The fifth part is conclusion.
